W2V Eco led the successful expansion of plastics recycling operations from 4KT to an impressive 20KT/year, spanning the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility study to seamless handover to operations. 

Working in collaboration with esteemed vendors such as Boretech, Erema, Sesotec, and Vanderziel, we ensured a sustainable transformation. Our expertise guided the development of the recycling facility's design, aligning it with our sustainability goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 

Throughout the detailed engineering phase, we meticulously integrated safety, efficiency, and environmental considerations into the facility's design, layout, and process flow. Managing all aspects of the construction phase, from procurement to budget control, we monitored progress, conducted site inspections, and addressed potential issues, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. 

Through our cross-functional project team, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external contractors, we fostered a collaborative and high-performing culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination. We implemented rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold industry standards and meet stringent quality criteria. 

Identifying and mitigating potential project risks with comprehensive risk management plans, we proactively monitored and addressed emerging challenges throughout the project's lifecycle. This project exemplifies our commitment to sustainability and expertise in delivering transformative results.
